Key Responsibilities

• Research and investigate new solutions and opportunities applicable for existing and new projects
• Able to troubleshoot issues related with basic computer hardware, software and networking
• Get involved with other teams to help identify if the proposed solution meets all the technical criteria to find out any deviations or uncertainty
• Drafting and preparing technical documentation,,
• Keeping in touch with clients for updates/progress on projects via telephone, visit or emails
• Customer services – both remote and on-site

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or candidates awaiting result,,
• Excellent analytical skills to discover IT products and solutions based on certain guidelines
• Commendable researching skills
• Good written and communication skill in both English and Nepali,
• Enthusiastic, hard-working and willing to share and learn new things

Benefits: Lunch and Transportation to be provided by the office

Duration: 4 to 6 months Intern period

After the provisional period, the candidates who show remarkable progress and add value to the organization will be offered a yearly contract with Salary & incentives.

Remuneration:
