Annual Maintenance Contract
An annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a service agreement between a customer and a service provider, typically for repair/maintenance of equipment or systems. .

Scope of AMC
The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for your home security and automation system includes the following services:

  1. Sunday through Friday on-call maintenance service within 48 hours after receiving a call.
  2. Periodic regular preventive maintenance service. We will visit your location four times a year for regular service, providing you with the convenience of not worrying about maintaining your security and automation system.
  3. In the event of a product malfunctioning, we will replace the defective item with a new one until the original item is repaired, ensuring uninterrupted security/service and your peace of mind.
  4. Battery replacement will be provided, but the cost of batteries will not be included in the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) price.

On-Site AMC Support Service
Annual Rate:195 USD

Outside Valley AMC Support
The support service is available at a per-visit charge for locations outside the Kathmandu Valley. The charges are based on the distance from the valley:

  1. For locations within 200 KM: 155 USD per visit
  2. For locations within 400 KM: 200 USD per visit
  3. For locations beyond 400 KM: 270 USD per visit

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Coverage Area: The valley service area is defined as Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur.
  2. Additional Charges: Any charges incurred for additional services outside the scope of the AMC or beyond the specified coverage will be billed separately.
  3. Service Requests: Please get in touch with us at least 24 hours in advance to request a service visit. Emergency visits will be accommodated based on availability.
  4. Payment Terms:
    • On-Site AMC Support Service: Full payment of 195 USD is due upon signing the contract.
    • Outside Valley AMC Support: Payment for each visit is due upon completion of the service. We understand the importance of flexibility and accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, etc.
  5. Appointment Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
