By purchasing the Cybernetics Enrollment Member Package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Role of Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd.

- Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd. acts as a facilitator/mediator between enrolled members and third-party service providers.
- The health and accidental/medical coverage is provided by our partnered service providers, not directly by Cybernetics.
- Cybernetics is not responsible for any service, claim processing, or issues arising from these third-party services.
Health & Insurance Coverage

- The NPR 100,000 coverage is facilitated through our partnered insurance/health service provider in Nepal.
- Coverage policies, eligibility, claim procedures, and limitations are governed solely by the third-party provider’s terms.
- Cybernetics is not liable for any disputes, rejections, or delays in claims related to medical or accidental coverage.
Enrollment Fee & Membership Benefits

- The enrollment fee is non-refundable and provides exclusive access to member benefits.
- Benefits under this package are subject to change based on Cybernetics’ agreements with third-party providers.
- Members must comply with any additional terms set by the service providers to avail of health and insurance benefits.
Limitation of Liability

- Service of insurance will be validated after 2 working days of Membership Purchase.
- Cybernetics does not provide direct medical services and will not be held responsible for any health-related issues, treatment quality, or policy disputes with third-party providers.
- In case of non-fulfillment of services by the third-party provider, Cybernetics will not be liable for any damages, losses, or compensation claims.
- Any grievances regarding medical or insurance claims must be directly addressed with the respective service provider.
- For medical insurance, claims are valid only at partner hospitals. For accidental insurance, treatment can be availed at any hospital in Nepal, but the insured must pay first and claim reimbursement later
Modification & Termination

- Cybernetics reserves the right to modify or terminate the Enrollment Member Package, benefits, or partnerships at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of termination, enrolled members will continue to receive benefits as per their existing package terms until the validity period ends.
