We implemented a 102 Ambulance Service project, establishing call centers in five provinces (Koshi, Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali, Doti) at six locations across Nepal. A tower server was installed and configured at the HEOC Kathmandu office, connecting all call centers and the main server to the same network.

The comprehensive design and installation of call centers were completed in seven places (Biratnagar, Janakpur, Kathmandu, Hetauda, Pokhara, Surkhet, Doti). This included supplying and installing hardware such as UCM, DECT station, DECT phones, printer, UPS, Smart TV, and call center software. Networking and electrical work was performed for the call center offices, excluding Janakpur. Configuration for agents, supervisors, superadmins, and connecting each place with the main server were undertaken. Testing and resolution of issues were carried out.

In case of a call to 102, NTC directs it to the nearest call center. The agent receives the call, assigns the closest ambulance to the caller, and records all call details along with relevant information in the software. This recorded data is stored on the main server in Kathmandu.

We also installed GPS devices on 187 ambulances, providing a total of 300 GPS devices to Save the Children.

We provided and delivered Smart TVs, All-in-One printers, All-in-One projectors, and laptops. Additionally, we supplied and installed interactive smart boards in various schools. We set up CCTV cameras in different government schools and centralized the system in the Municipality office. Furthermore, we expanded optical fiber connectivity within the wards and schools of the municipality.

                                                                   

 

We designed, installed, and tested the network infrastructure in the Municipality office, including setting up servers and configuring firewalls. We integrated existing network hardware like manageable and unmanaged switches, firewalls, and routers with new firewall technology, relocating them to the server room. Additionally, we installed Point-to-Point Access Points in different locations.

Inside the Municipality Meeting Hall, we installed a wired Audio Conferencing system, complete with microphones for individuals and the chairman, as well as an amplifier, audio processor, and speakers. We provided training to the technical staff on operating the Audio Conference system.

For one department in the Municipality, we implemented a Queue Management system, which included a desktop ticket printer, counter display LED, and a keypad for ticket calls. We also provided training to the staff in the installed department.

We installed and configured a Digital Display Board video processor and set up Interactive Smart Boards, CCTV systems (consisting of network cameras, NVR, and display monitors), and E-attendance Machines in two schools (15+5 Quantity each).

After completing the project, we made necessary changes based on feedback from the Municipality Tech person, as long as they were within the scope of our work.

We expanded high-speed internet coverage to 16 municipal locations. We delivered and installed Digital Sign Charter Boards in wards and E-attendance Machines in wards and healthpost, along with inverters and batteries as needed. We also conducted training on the use of biometric E-attendance devices.

We set up Access Points, Interactive Smart Boards, and CCTV systems (including network cameras, NVR, and display monitors) in four schools. We also installed Internet Routers and E-attendance Machines in health posts and Ward offices. We trained school staff on using the new equipment. After completing the installations, we received feedback from the Municipality Tech person and made necessary changes within our scope of work after testing.
